Who are ISO, CSA and UL? They are the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) respectively.

They are non-profit making independent organisations which are responsible for the writing, testing, and certification of product safety standards and their standards ensure desirable characteristics of products and services such as quality, environmental friendliness, safety, reliability, efficiency and interchangeability.
